1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing seoanvil.com or purchasing services from SEO Anvil ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

SEO Anvil provides done-for-you SEO content services including keyword research, article writing, schema markup, image generation, content publishing, and social media distribution. The specific deliverables, frequency, and pricing are defined in your service agreement or selected package at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

3. Payments & Billing

• Services are billed per article or on a subscription basis as agreed at sign-up.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to your billing cycle.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
• All fees are non-refundable once content production has begun, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

4. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the content we produce for you. We grant you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, publish, distribute, and modify all content delivered under your service agreement.

You grant us the right to use your published content as portfolio examples and case studies (with or without attribution) unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, target keywords, and publishing access as required
• Review and approve content within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the right to publish content to any platforms you provide us access to
• Not use our services to produce content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, processes, methodologies, software, and systems used to deliver our services remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our proprietary technology or brand.

SEO Anvil, the SEO Anvil logo, and related marks are trademarks of SEO Anvil. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

SEO content involves inherent uncertainty. While we follow best practices to improve your search rankings, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or business outcomes.

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at hello@seoanvil.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Content already in production at time of cancellation will be delivered and billed as agreed.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of your service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
